Bonam is a Ph.D. student in Informatics at the College of Information Sciences and Technology, where she explores innovative applications of AI for Social Good. She is particularly interested in developing solutions that transcend linguistic, generational, and accessibility barriers, ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital age. She sees interdisciplinary collaboration as essential to crafting impactful and context-aware technology systems, particularly at the intersection of language and AI. As a LinDiv trainee, she is excited to engage with peers in shaping large language models that better reflect and uphold human values.
