Research Interests:

Zhuoyang is a second-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Engineering, advised by Prof. Wenpeng Yin. Her research focuses on Natural Language Processing and large language models, particularly multi-agent reasoning systems and AI-generated text detection. Currently, she is studying how language models distinguish human-written, AI-written, and hybrid text, and how the stylistic and linguistic signals these systems rely on can disadvantage writers from diverse linguistic backgrounds, such as non-native English speakers. She is excited to apply LLMs to building language technologies that work fairly for users of all linguistic varieties. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and playing electric guitar.
